London photographer Luisa Whitton has launched a new project called “What about the heart?”. It is a series of photographs that showcases the advances of the Japanese robotic industry that is creating robots that are extremely close to humans, as much physically as mentally. She worked for months alongside Hiroshi Ishiguro, a Japanese scientist that built a robot copy of himself. Absolutely fascinated by what she described “technology and its effects on identity”.
